The Bill (Reg. No. 3654) amends the Laws "On the Local Self-Government in Ukraine" and "On the Local State Administrations" in order to create proper legislative mechanisms for the citizens to realize their constitutional rights for the participation in the formation and implementation of the State policy, settlement of the issues of local significance both directly, and via the civil society institutes.
